Danielle is passionate about ‘people in agriculture’. She has spent 20 years delivering tailored strategic people and culture solutions to project teams, farm businesses and grower groups.
This has included workshops and training days creating solutions for on-farm communication and team building, strategic business planning and people solutions.
Danielle is a mixed sheep and grain farmer at Keilira (between Lucindale and Kingston) with her husband Jonathan, and is the lead consultant at AgInnovate, a national people and culture consultancy servicing the Australian agricultural industries.
